BidRush Updates to Use Now

We’re continuing to roll out improvements to the BidRush platform. Below are updates you can start using right away.

Bidder updates

  1. A minor issue with the page indicator has been resolved. Thank you to Sabrina for bringing this to our attention.
  2. Sort auction items from low to high. Thank you to Sharon for the suggestion.
  3. We fixed an issue where auctions nearing close could show “1 day” remaining even when more than 24 hours were left (e.g., 1 day and 15 hours). Now auctions closing in less than 3 days now show both days and hours remaining. Thank you to Cynthia for catching this.
  4. When connection is lost to the server, it asks user to refresh to restore connection (vs. providing a status that could potentially be an error)

New seller tools

  1. Catalog can be downloaded as a 'Photo Book' or as a PDF or Excel (from Lot Manager)
  2. Sellers can now move lots from one auction to another. This helps when splitting auctions or moving unsold items into a future auction. Thank you to Jane for the suggestion. (click on bulk mode in Lot Manager)
  3. Compact view in the Lot Cataglog
  4. Sellers can now reset bids in rare cases where a material change is made to a lot description. Sellers can also include a reason for the lot cancellation or bid reset so bidders and watch-listers can be notified.
  5. Sellers can select other payment methods (if bidder paid by cash/ach/etc.) on invoice (thanks to Jason for this suggestion)
  6. Shipping address can be copied (thanks to Jess for this suggestion)
  7. Invoices can be downloaded as PDF (to include in shipping)
  8. QR lot labels has Store logos!
  9. Ability to download all first images for an auction (in the marketing tab, thanks to Robin for this suggestion)
  10. Auto-generate AI marketing copy for multiple platforms (in the marketing tab)
  11. Add marketing packages to promote your auction (in the marketing tab)

Performance improvements

  1. Scrolling large auctions in the seller admin view is now faster with optimized virtual scrolling.

Keep the suggestions coming!
